Payment, remittance, and related financial services are provided by licensed third-party financial institutions and regulated partners.

Depending on your location and eligibility, Lomi may enable you to send money to supported destination countries, pay bills and services in destination markets, and access flexible payment options where available. Service availability may vary by jurisdiction and regulatory requirements.

Regulated financial services made available through the Platform are delivered by licensed third-party financial institutions. Lomi Finance does not hold customer funds and does not guarantee processing times outside of its direct control.

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or violations of applicable sanctions laws.
8. Suspension and Termination
